Google Maps API and The Weather Company (TWC) API
This website uses a Weather Widget, which will allow us to identify your geographic environment in order to provide you with a personalized experience based on local conditions, specifically localized weather forecasts. Your location information may be obtained, only based on your consent and in two ways:
1. Geolocation: We ask for your consent to use your browser's geolocation feature. If you agree, we only use this information on the browser side to display the weather forecast for your area. Rest assured, your location data is not transmitted or stored on Bayer or TWC server and is utilized to retrieve weather forecasts via The Weather Company (TWC) API.
2. Postcode: You also have the option of manually entering your postcode. The entered data is processed only in browser, not on Bayer or TWC server, and is utilized to retrieve weather forecasts via The Weather Company (TWC) API.
The determination of geographic coordinates for providing weather forecasts can involve deducing an approximate location from your IP address or making use of data you input, such as your postcode, which is processed with the help of Google Maps API.
